Bruce was outstanding. He was able to get a really good understanding of what we were looking for in a house right away. He even helped us reason through some things we clearly hadn't considered. He wasn't pushy for even a second. He was extremely flexible on timing for home visits and very responsive to email and text. This was our first home purchase and I think it could have gone very differently without Bruce. We were ready to settle on a house due to some nerves about timing with our lease ending and a little bit of fatigue with the process. Bruce talked us out of settling and found a house for us that was the same price as the one we almost bought that was nearly double the size and twice as nice! 100% recommend!
